It could be the MSG or it could be the other types of sodium that’s used. Chinese food is crazy high in sodium. If you’re not drinking enough water then you’re probably badly dehydrated by that point and feeling like crap.
There’s MSG if they use it which is a form of sodium, table salt, soya sauce, and other sauces as well as the salt used in food preparation.

I used to love chinese back when i was a little kid and had to wear the husky sized jeans..
Now i notice the "chicken" looks like rat, the amount of grease and processed carbs, not to mention how unclean it might be…and on top of that the MSG and chinese restaurant syndrome..no thanks ive cashed my chips out on chinese takeout food.
