I also love Korean …
I also love Korean noodles, they are thicker and tasty than most Chinese fast noodle in package on sale, also , better than all thin rice noodles here. With best red pepper from Korean–felt Korean done better job in cooking , in salad making , cold noodles, and stone hot pot in winter, why? because they making everything very very clean. And simple.
I felt olive oil …
I do not like the smell and taste of olive oil and olive too.
I felt olive oil and sunflower oil and peanut oil are all very smooth and oily and greasy and taste not good to me, somehow here, do not know what kind of thing they are making from?? It is so smooth that some stuff even can drift away from pan when you cook.
I love the Korean …
I do not like olives oil to cook though, veggie oil is best.
I love the Korean chilly powder though, they are fresh and tasty too, to make famous Kimchi cabbage salad. WHile using Chinese raw and original dry chilly pepper also a good selection, just no need blander it, just cook it original shaped will looking even better. We can use Korean red chilly pepper, plus, blander and peanut to powder will be easier to consume and taste better I guess. Just want to share my idea about how to.
